Just under 20 years ago a programme of building took place which saw the start of a range of luxury apartments and houses being constructed from simple studios and one bedroom apartments right up to four bedroom penthouses with balconies and extensive panoramic sea and harbour views.

Brighton Marina Apartments has a good selection of two bedroom holiday home apartments, and a 'floating' studio, available in the Marina which can all be let on a fully furnished self-catering basis.

Short breaks of 3 and 4 days can be arranged out of season. Ideal for short term holiday rentals – also for conference delegates and business people requiring a short stay.
